How do I download Ridenjoy?
You may download and install Ridenjoy from the Google Play Store (Android) / App Store (iOS). You will be required to create an account by providing your email and mobile number. Thereafter, you are all set and ready to Ridenjoy!

Why do I need to register?
Registering for an account is necessary in order for you to personalise your experiences and for us to contact you for any notifications pertaining to your transactions.
Why do you need my mobile number and email for registration?
Your mobile number and email will be required for account verification purposes, notifications related to your transactions and communications of deals that may be relevant to you.
What do I do if the app states that "an account with your phone number already exists" on the login page even though I have never signed up?
If your phone number is input correctly but the app prompts a message that "an account with your phone number already exists", please email us at hello@ridenjoy.sg.
Do note that each phone number can only be associated with one Ridenjoy account.

To update your account information, follow these steps.

2. You can add, edit or remove your account information anytime.

Making payments
Which payment methods are available?
Available payment methods include the following:
International Credit And Debit Cards: We accept most major international credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We also accept PayNow and will be adding more payment methods very soon.
How do I add or delete a payment method?
To add or remove a payment method from your account, follow these steps.
1. Tap on Profile > Payment Methods
2. Tap on Add payment method to add a new card. To remove a payment method, select Remove.
3. To set a card as the default payment method, check the box beside Set as default payment method when you are adding a new card. (This only applies when multiple payment methods are added. Otherwise, your sole payment method will automatically be set as default.)
Why is my payment declined?
If an error occurred while we were attempting to process your credit card, please double-check your payment information and try again.
Possible reasons for the error include:
1. Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
2. Insufficient funds
3. Daily withdrawal or purchase limit is exceeded
If the problem persists, please contact your bank or credit card issuer directly.

Technical Difficulties
What should I do if I cannot see my current position (blue dot with arrow) or cannot see other users (Ridesaur avatars) and Key Information for Cyclists like Bike Parking, Water Coolers or more?
If you did not receive an SMS verification code, please check that the number entered is correct or tap on Resend code (appears after 100 seconds) to resend the verification code. Alternatively, you may restart your phone in the case of a network issue.
If the problem persists, kindly contact us at hello@ridenjoy.sg with details of the issue, including the phone number attempted.
You might be experiencing a weak GPS signal. Exit and open the app again. Ensure that your phone’s data connection is turned on. Also check your phone settings and your app settings to ensure location services are turned on. For iOS users, ideally put your app “Allow Location Access” to “While Using the App” or Always.

These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly made available online, through any mobile device by email or by telephone.
By accessing, browsing and using our website and MOVE&JOY application and/or by registering for the Event, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
1. General
1.1. Car Free Game 2025 is organised by MOVE&JOY and is referred to collectively as “The Organiser” in accordance with Car Free Game 2025’s Terms and Conditions.
1.2. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photograph, motion picture, recording, or any other record of this Event and its participants for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising and future publicity for the Event.
1.3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notification.
1.4. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event without prior notification.
1.5. The Organiser’s decision is final and The Organiser (and/or any of its officers and employees) is hereby irrevocably released from all or any liabilities and NO further/other claims against The Organiser (and/or any of its officers and employees) arising out of the Agreement.
1.6. By registering for the Event, participants are deemed to have agreed to the following:
• Providing true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant contained in the registration form (the "Registration Data"); and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
• Participants(s) are deemed to have given their consent to their information being collected and used for the purpose of organising Car Free Game and for such use as permitted under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
• Receiving information from The Organiser about related promotions and Event updates via mobile push and Email.
2. Registration
2.1. All registrations will be done online at www.carfreegame.com
2.2. Registration is FREE and all participants must be at least 16 years on 1 Jan 2025
2.3. A confirmation slip will be sent to the participant’s email address after the registration is successfully completed.
2.4. The Organiser reserves the right to close registration before the official closing date should participation reach its maximum capacity.
2.9. The Organiser will not be responsible for any dispute arising from incomplete or incorrect information submitted by participants.
2.10. Completion of the online Sign Up form confirms the participant’s agreement to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Car Free Game 2025.
2.11. The Organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse entries.
3. Grand Final
3.1. All 456 participants who qualified or received a wild card for the Grand Final on 8 November will be notified prior to the Grand Final.
3.2. Those who are unable to attend the Grand Final cannot send a substitute replacement. Those who fail to show on 8 Nov are considered ‘eliminated’.
3.3 The Organiser reserves the right to remove any unattended bags at the Event premises for security reasons and will not be responsible for any losses and/or damages to the belongings. The Organiser also reserves the right to check any item or baggage deposited.
3.4. The 456 Players in the Grand Final must wear their own assigned numbered bibs at all times during the event. Participants not wearing their assigned participant bibs will be asked to leave the Grand Final event area. Transfer of participant bib is strictly not allowed.
4. Safety & Medical Advisory
4.1. While every reasonable precaution will be taken by The Organiser to ensure participants’ safety, participants are advised to exercise due care and The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage, whether personal or otherwise, and howsoever arising.
4.2 Due to safety reasons, bicycles, in-line skates, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers and any other wheel-run objects are strictly not allowed at the Grand Final event space.
4.3. The Organiser reserves the right to stop any participant from continuing the event for safety reasons.
4.4. Should any participant feel unwell in the course of the event, he/she should stop and seek immediate medical attention at the designated medical post.
4.5. A participant must retire from Car Free Game Grand Final immediately if requested by any member of the official medical staff.
4.6. Participants should ensure that they are well-rested and well-hydrated prior to the Grand Final on 8 Nov.
4.7. Participants are advised not to attend the Event should they have fever, cough, breathing difficulties or severe muscle ache.
4.8. Participants who have doubts about their suitability to participate in the Grand Final (e.g. those on medication or those who have had recent health conditions) are advised to consult their medical practitioner prior to participation in the Event.
4.9. To minimise injuries, always do at least 15 minutes of warm-up/stretching before the start and at the end of the Grand Final
4.10. Participants are advised against the consumption of alcohol or stimulants or any kind of drugs before the event.
4.11. MOVE&JOY shall not be responsible, under any theory of liability or indemnity, for any injuries sustained/casualty (to the extent permitted by law) that arise directly or indirectly from the participation in Car Free Game and/or its associated activities or events held by MOVE&JOY and/or any utilisation or reliance of any data from MOVE&JOY app.
4.12 Participants shall indemnify and hold MOVE&JOY harmless its officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims of any nature made by any person arising out of or in connection with Car Free Game and these terms and conditions.

Why do I need to register for Car Free Game and why do you need my mobile number and email for registration?
Registering is necessary for us to keep track of your trips recorded on MOVE&JOY app.
Your mobile number and email is required for us to notify and communicate important information of the campaign, especially if you qualified for the Grand Final or win prizes during the 4 month long campaign.

How do I know if I am the first 400 to qualify for the Grand Final between Sep 21 to Oct 26?
1. Our backend allows us to know who have met the minimum 60km qualifying criteria.
2. We will update frequent on the www.movenjoy.sg/carfreegame the Players who have already qualified. Try to visit the website every Monday.
3. You can also check our Facebook, X, Instagram, Tiktok for updates on how many have qualified.
4. On Oct 26, there will be an event where the 56 Wildcards will be balloted. By the end of the day, all 456 Players for the Nov 8 Grand Final will be revealed. No substitutions are allowed.
What type of mobility modes are allowed for this Challenge?
This is a human-powered sustainability challenge so only zero-emission modes (walk, run, pedal, skate, scoot) are allowed.
Participants cannot use any electric mobility modes (PAB, PMA, PMD) or mass/ICE transportation like cars, lorries, trucks, buses, motorcycles, scooters, trams, subway trains, etc.
If a user chooses 'walking' under 'Select Mobility Mode', but in reality is moving around on a PAB, he or she might be disqualified from the Game. Our backend allows us to monitor all trips.
How do I delete my account?
