Car Free Game Kickoff Event

Car Free Game officially kicked off on 21 September, on World Emissions Free Day at Hub & Spoke Changi Airport.


Cycling groups, partners, stakeholders and JOY kakis attended the breakfast meet-up to hear more about Singapore's first eco-mobility app MOVE&JOY and #CarFreeGame,  a ground-up initiative supported by SG Eco Fund and one of the activities under Land Transport Authority's month-long #WorldCarFreeDaySG celebrations.


Active Mobility Community Ambassador Irene Tan, and The Woke Salaryman co-founder, He Rui Ming (a member of the Active Mobility Advisory Panel) shared their thoughts on active mobility and bike commuting in Singapore.


Founder of made-in-Singapore ASCENT Bikes, Yee Qing Xiang, and Ricardo Costa, Brazilian co-founder of Kemunna, a fashion brand that makes t-shirts capable of absorbing CO₂ from the air, also shared their thoughts on utility cycling and sustainable living, before everyone cycled off to enjoy Changi Airport's Jurassic Mile.
